Interior patio reform in housing

In this project, we carry out the reform of an inner courtyard, transforming a space little used into a functional, bright and cozy zone.

The action included the coatings renewal, the improvement of the drainage system and the application of modern and resistant finishes in the open. In addition, the distribution of space was optimized to facilitate its use as a rest and enjoyment area, integrating it harmoniously with the rest of the house.

The result is a renewed and practical patio, which combines aesthetics and comfort, providing added value to the home and creating a new outdoor meeting point inside the house.
